Mason Korea Support aims to assist students, faculty, and staff at Mason's campus in Songdo, Korea in finding technical support.

Mason Korea supports:

  • Approximately 70 employees (staff & faculty)
  • 500 students
  • 25 classrooms including a computer lab, language lab, and e-café
  • 4 conference rooms

  • Request service online via the IT service management portal
  • Contact the ITS Support Center in Fairfax
    • Help is available Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., KST
