Getting This Service

To get access to CA/Automic, a manager is required to submit a Database Request (click the Database Requests button on this page) along with a signed Banner Administrative Systems Account Request form on behalf of the employee who requires access to the CA/Automic. Information requested on the form allows the administrator to assign the employee to the correct departmental roles.

Availability

This service is available 24/7, excluding planned outages, normal maintenance windows, and unavoidable events. Maintenance windows are Sundays from 7 to 11 a.m. but may be extended to 2 p.m., if needed. If maintenance is required outside of these hours, it will be announced on the Alerts & Bulletins page.
