I’m a marketing consultant for an Asian Textile company and I’ll be spending the next 4 months in China, I’m responsible for international trade deals- bringing distributors and manufacturers of the textile product to the same table, finalizing import and export negotiations.
JOB Responsibilities:
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations, briefs.
Devise and maintain office filing system.

JOB Requirements:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.

Weekly pay for this position: $1,000.
