Enterprise Resource Planning is inclusive of Banner and the various systems that support the HR, Finance, and Student Information Systems.

In the interim, Erica is also responsible for the Enterprise Applications Support & Development which includes Web Development, Applications development/support (custom .Net, Java, and third-party), and Workflow/Robotic Process Automation.
