On Tuesday, July 1, 12 a.m., ITS’s Live Chat will be migrating to a new chat client. The embedded Live Chat on its.gmu.edu/chat/ will continue to work until June 30, 11:59 p.m. The new chat client bubble will be loaded onto the page on Monday, June 30, 9:00 p.m., but will not work until midnight. Ongoing sessions will not drop. If you need immediate help, please call 703-993-88790.
