At Mason, we have multiple services that are provided by an outside company. That means, in some cases, only that company has access to the settings and systems necessary to fix issues reported at Mason.
Users are receiving an error when attempting to manage their rules in the Outlook client.
Current Status:
We're continuing to conduct tests to validate the viability of the fix and expect to begin staging the fix for deployment next week.
