Skype for Business missing in Outlook on the Web

Issue:

Mason users are unable to reliably access Skype for Business within Outlook on the Web at this time. The Skype icon is frequently missing from the top of Outlook on the Web. We are working with Microsoft on this issue.

Workaround:

Skype for Business desktop clients are still working.
