Outlook on the Web (OWA) – Access problems using Safari

Mason and other institutions have observed issues accessing Outlook on the Web (OWA) using the Safari browser. We have confirmed that the issue impacts MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 and Safari 13.0.3, however other versions may also be affected.


OWA is still usable through other web browsers. Desktop and mobile clients provide another option to access email and calendar.

Current Status:

We are still working with Microsoft towards a resolution. There is no ETA on a resolution at this time.
