RPRT Users with Subscriptions & MicroStrategy Log In Issues

For the RPRT project only, the last password you logged in to MicroStrategy with is stored and used to connect to the database for subscriptions. If you change your Mason password, your subscriptions will continue to use your previous password until you log in to MicroStrategy again. After five attempts to log in to the database with the wrong password (either subscriptions on five different reports or five days of one report subscription), your database account will be automatically locked and manual intervention will be necessary.


For the most seamless experience, please log in to MicroStrategy after changing your password. This should prevent any future failures.
