At Mason, we have multiple services that are provided by an outside company. That means, in some cases, only that company has access to the settings and systems necessary to fix issues reported at Mason.
Can’t send or receive mail through the Outlook Mobile for iOS app

Issue:
Users may be unable to access or send new email messages when using the Outlook Mobile for iOS app. This issue is specific to the Outlook Mobile for iOS app version 3.24.
Current Status:
Microsoft has confirmed that users can now download the fix as an app update through the App Store, which will resolve the issue.
