Attachments are Being Reported as Missing when the Email is Received

Issue:

Attachments are being reported as missing when the email is received. After further investigation, this issue seems to be related to emails sent to listservs using an Outlook client in rich text format mode. As a workaround, we recommend sending your email through OWA or changing your Outlook Client to send in HTML format. When sending the email without those changes it will attach a winmail.dat file and in most cases, the recipient will not receive the original attachment.
