When the Citrix reservation has remained idle for 120 minutes, the session terminates. Also, when the Citrix reservation times out, has ended, or the session terminates, all work and/or files on the Citrix are deleted and not recoverable.

In addition, if you sign out, restart, or shut down all work and/or files on the Citrix are deleted and not recoverable.

IMPORTANT: To prevent data loss you should save your work at regular intervals to your local drive, M drive, or OneDrive.
