How do I book a physical room for a web conferencing meeting?

Please see the list of rooms that are integrated for web conferencing. Some rooms listed are denoted as only functioning with Zoom, and you may need directions on how to dial into Zoom Meetings from the room. All room reservations for spaces that are compatible with Zoom-only, need to be submitted to Enterprise Collaboration using the 25 Live request form. See How to Request a Videoconference Space for instructions. Please indicate in the comment section what software you plan to use, so the appropriate space will be reserved. 

Note: Currently Microsoft Teams meetings are not compatible with all room systems. 

Many of these spaces are self-sufficient. Each room is responsible for using the touch panel or installed computer to connect to the meeting. Enterprise Collaboration will not be bridging or monitoring the event. We are available for support should there be a problem with the room system. If you need training on how to use the touch panel or installed computer to connect a meeting, please email Enterprise Collaboration at ecinfo@gmu.edu to schedule the training session prior to the day of your event.
