Step 1

Users accessing Citrix will first need to log into Mason's Virtual Private Network (VPN) with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). For more information about connecting to the VPN, see https://its.gmu.edu/service/virtual-private-network-vpn/.

Step 2

Once connected to the VPN, go to https://mymasonapps.gmu.edu

Step 3

Log in with your NetID and Patriot Pass Password.

Step 4

Once logged in, select “Detect Receiver” to be connected.
