Some Microsoft Windows 10 users are experiencing problems with their computers after completing the Windows 1803 update. ITS is aware of this issue and is working to find a fix for those affected.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

Issue with Microsoft ISO.

Resolution: 

Advanced Desktop Technologies (ADT) and Microsoft worked to create an ISO that would update the systems properly.
